The new TV singing competition Real Country is upping its star power. Showrunners have announced that, in addition to celebrity judges Jake OwenShania Twain and Travis Tritt, numerous big country names will make appearances on the show during its run.

Trace Adkins, Wynonna Judd and Big & Rich will all be celebrity guests on Real Country; additionally, Willie Nelson will also make a special appearance. Each episode, a press release explains, will feature one special guest helping out the three permanent judges. Additional guest stars will be announced soon.

Real Country is scheduled to premiere on Nov. 13 at 10PM ET on the USA network. During each hour-long episode, Owen, Tritt and Twain will select up-and-coming solo artists, duos and groups to perform in showcases. The best acts from each episode will return for a grand finale episode. Graham Bunn, a radio DJ who most recently worked in Los Angeles, Calif., will host.

"We're not signing any of these people ... We're just gonna put them on a pedestal and put them in the spotlight," Owen explains, "so that they have the opportunity at some point for somebody to come forward and give them that chance ...

"The three of us trying to find the next people that we believe have the ability to shine a light and let the world hear them is what I'm excited about," he adds.

Real Country is being produced by Wilshire Studios; Twain, Nicolle Yaron, Stijn Bakkers and Leslie Garvin are executive producers. Country music fans who would like to be part of the audience during a Real Country taping can visit USANetwork.com for more information.
