Randy Travis seems to have a black cloud of trouble hovering over him. Last night, around 10:30 p.m. the police were called to a church parking lot because of a "domestic family disturbance" involving a woman, her estranged-husband, a fight and, you guessed it, country crooner Randy Travis.

Plano Texas police officer David Tilley tells PEOPLE Magazine, "Mr. Travis intervened in the family dispute and reportedly an assault took place between Randy and the estranged-husband. There were no injuries reported," Tilley said.

This makes the third time Randy has been involved with law-enforcement since February when the Grammy-Award winning singer was arrested on a charge of public intoxication, police found him smelling of alcohol and carrying an open bottle of wine in front of a church. Most recently Randy was arrested for an alcohol-related offense, he was found to be naked at the time he assaulted two Texas troopers. Again, no word from the Travis camp, yet.
