‘Pontoon’ Garners Little Big Town a Platinum Reward [VIDEO]

The sing-along song of the summer has burned up the request lines this summer and has now given the group Little Big Town a platinum record. Not only that but the song is the highest-charting song ever for the group and their first #1 hit.

'Pontoon' is the debut release from the upcoming album titled 'Tornado' which will be released next Tuesday, September 11th. The song is the fastest selling single for the band and spent 4 weeks in the #1 position on the digital download chart.

You will be seeing a lot of the band in the next few weeks as they hit the road to promote the release of the new album. Appearances have already been scheduled for Good Morning America, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and the television special ‘CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock’.
