If you prefer natural gas over electricity in your house, then this video will probably change your mind. A police dash cam captures the moment when a house in New Jersey explodes because of a gas leak.

According to the Huffington Post, police responded to a report of a natural gas leak in New Jersey on Tuesday, February 24th. After finding the leak, workers were called in to fix the problem as everybody else in the neighborhood were evacuated.

As you can see in the video in the player above, workers are trying to fix the leak when a house exploded, completely leveling it. The explosion injured 15 workers, 2 critically, and left over 300 homes without gas service. Thankfully, there were no fatalities.

Guess you could say the house market is literally blowing up in New Jersey.
