Peanut Butter Brownie Balls – Shay’s Recipe of the Week
This recipe was posted and shared many times on Facebook so I'm not sure the origin of it but it isn't 'my' recipe. However, I wish I had thought of it because it is delicious. If you like brownies and Reeses's then you will love this too.
Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix (mix according to box directions)
- 2 cups chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate chips)
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
Make the brownies according to box directions and bake in a 9x13 pan.
Let cool a bit but while still warm scoop into balls and then place in freezer until firm.
Once your brownie balls are frozen to firm in a bowl you will mix up the next 2 ingredients. Your peanut butter and
chocolate chips. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and then stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
Dip the brownie balls into the chocolate and place on wax paper to set. At this point you can also add nuts, sprinkles, or other decoration.
These are like little bites of heaven and you will not be able to eat just one!!
