Nintendo has launched the first ever Miiverse community for unreleased games with the all-new Legend of Zelda community, available starting Thursday.

The Wii U's Miiverse has allowed fans to form communities based around their favorite games already on the console. Just hopping on to the Wii U at anytime will reveal a host of people hanging out, and chatting in portals dedicated to games like New Super Mario Bros. U and ZombiU. However, there hasn't been a place for like-minded fans to gather to discuss unreleased games to this point.

Starting today though, that will change with the launch of the Legend of Zelda community. With two new games (Zelda U and The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD), planned for the console, Nintendo has created an all-new location for people to talk about what they hope to see from the new games, and what they love about the original entries. There's even promise of current Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma popping in from time to time to chat with fans.

This is good news, as it introduces a new way Nintendo can hopefully keep fans interested in announced but unavailable titles, all within the friendly confines of the Wii U's Miiverse.
