Neal McCoy Is A Proud Grandfather Now [GALLERY]

His personality is electrifying, his energy is motivating and his smile has always been contagious. Now on this occasion he will have you smiling in less than 3.7 seconds. Country superstar and all around nice guy Neal McCoy is a proud grandfather as he shows off his first grandchild.

Neal McCoy is known for the excitement he creates on stage when he performs in concert. Now the two-time entertainer of the year cannot contain his own excitement and pride he radiates because of the arrival of his first grandchild, born to his daughter, Miki and her husband, Trevor Strong. First time grandparents, Neal and wife, Melinda were at Miki's bedside Tuesday July 7th to welcome, Titan McCoy Strong. The newborn weighs 7 lbs 6 oz and is 21 inches long. Mother and baby are both happy and healthy in The Lone Star State.

Grandpa Neal McCoy has some good news of his own to share as well. Neal has signed with Blaster Records and has announced, He and two new producers will go into the studio in mid August to start work on his 12th album. The producers names are being kept secret for the moment but will be released in early August. Look for the new album to be released in January 2012.

Great news, Neal McCoy is a Grandfather and a new album in the works. What's next maybe Neal will be coming soon to a stage near you. I can only dream. Congratulations to the McCoys.
