It might not have been flushed down the toilet but almost a quarter of a million dollars was stolen from an airplane lavatory.  Now I've been in an airplane toilet and I've never walked out with any money!!A man who worked for Brink's security had placed $1.6 million dollars in the cargo hold of the airplane apparently knowing that it could be accessed from inside the airplane through the bathroom wall.  Well he pretended to be sick on the flight and spent most of it in the bathroom removing the wall panels and stealing $238,000.  An ambulance was called to the plane when it landed but he all of a sudden felt better and walked off with the money.  They questioned a woman who was with him but found she possessed no money.  They are currently looking for the thief.  I can tell you next time I visit the bathroom on an airplane I'm gonna be looking for some cash!!

A Brink's security employee placed three sacks of cash containing a total $1.6 million in the hold of the Air Antilles plane before it headed from the French island of Guadeloupe to the Franco-Dutch island of Saint Martin.

The security guard took his seat on the ATR-42 turboprop plane but when the flight landed 40 minutes later it was discovered that $238,000 was missing from the sacks.
