Luke Bryan will Co-Host the 2013 ACM Awards with Blake Shelton in Las Vegas [VIDEO]

As the results of a 'readers poll' from last week continues to come in, the actual decision has been made and announced. "Who will co-host the ACM Awards Show with Blake?" The poll leaned heavily toward Blake's wife Miranda Lambert, the powers to be however, decided on Luke Bryan. The 2013 Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM) Show will be hosted equally, by Blake Shelton who is returning for his third year and Luke Bryan who is no stranger to the awards show arena. Last year, If you'll recall Luke was reporting from back stage at the CMA's (Country Music Association) for the 'Ellen' show, when Blake shocked everybody by kissing Luke.

It was just an innocent game of 'truth or dare' that went wrong, Ellen was having whomever walked by Luke Bryan do and/or say various things when all of a sudden Blake starts puckering up and grabbing Luke for some man-love. The combination of the two superstars I think is as natural, I'll predict the two are at this very moment, planning and scheming what antics or pranks the two will play on everyone at this years awards show.

Last years co-host was country diva Reba McEntire, who upon her announcement of resigning from her co-hosting position, Blake Shelton said "look I hate it, I really, really do hate it. But, she’s so busy, she’s got her sitcom show, she's touring and I get it. So, these are some big shoes we're going to have to fill." As the old saying goes "the show must go on," who could keep up with Blake's sense of humor and quick wit? And who could ever forget that moment in time when Luke yells, "Blake! Put your drink down. The prettiest man in show buisness here, ladies and gentlemen" and that was the beginning of a beautiful relationship. Watch what "might" be a preview of things to come.

The show will air Sunday, April 7th, 2013 From the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. The show will broadcast at 7 PM CT. 8 PM ET and time delayed PT on CBS TV affiliate.
