The home of country star Loretta Lynn has reportedly sustained damage from the severe thunderstorms that swept through Tennessee early Wednesday (Jan. 30).

Poison frontman Bret Michaels is friends with Lynn, and he broke the news in a post to his official website.

"Our thoughts and prayers go out to the many friends, families and fans who have been affected by the violent storms that hit earlier this morning in the southern states," the rocker wrote. "We are thinking of you as the recovery and restoration begins to your lives, including my dear friend Loretta Lynn and her family whose property was severely damaged in the wake of these storms."

Lynn's home is located in the aptly-named Hurricane Mills, Tenn., where she also has her museum. The full extent of the damage to the historic plantation house has not been revealed.
