I am trying to lose weight this year.  I am currently getting a little help from Complete Nutrition with their REVEAL program.  Here are some other little diet adjustments that we can make to help drop those pounds too. We all know to drink lots of water.  I said we KNOW about it not that we DO it.  I don't, but I'm trying to be better.  Cutting back on sodas and drinking more water.  If you drink ice cold water rather than just room temperature water helps burn more calories too.  More vegetables, more sleep, more vitamin D, more protein.  Notice I'm saying MORE not LESS, but it's more of the good things.  There are 15 great little tips here that I'm gonna try, hope you do to.
