Laptops For A Penny, Really? [VIDEO]

We've all seen those emails where they make this unbelievable claim that you can bid one penny on a laptop or 46 inch LCD TV and actually win it. After a little digging I found this tidbit of information on You-Tube

I'm still not buying into it all. But if this news reporter says you can buy computers and TV's for literally penny's on the dollar. Don't take my advice on this but, I've always subscribed to the thought that "if it sounds too good to be true, then it is too good to be true
