Did Lance Armstrong learn his lesson? It doesn't sound like it.

Armstrong, whose seven Tour de France titles were taken away after he was found guilty of using banned substances, spoke about his decision to chemically enhance in an interview with the BBC. While he said he wouldn't do it in 2015, he did say he wouldn't change a thing about doing it if he could rewind and go back 20 years:

If you take me back to 1995 when it was completely and totally pervasive, [I'd] probably do it again."

While he knows the decision to dope was wrong, Armstrong did say he'd rather change how he acted instead of the decisions he made.

Armstrong's comments were his first public remarks since he confessed to doping in 2013.
