Lady Antebellum had a huge hit with their last album "Own The Night"; it went platinum selling over 1 million albums. It had two #1 singles and helped them become the CMA and ACM Vocal Group of the Year. They are now back in the studio working on their fourth album.

The trio tweeted yesterday that they had begun pre-production in the studio for their fourth album and were extremely excited!

As early as February of this year they already had 12 songs they were looking at recording. Whether or not those make the cut is not known just yet but you can be assured that the album will not be thrown together just to get it out to the public.

Hillary Scott says that as great as the last album was it felt a little rushed and they don't want this album to feel that way. They plan on taking their time and getting it right. Putting out the best songs they can is the goal.

With all three members of Lady A now married the tone of this album may be a little different as well. It may have a little happier, upbeat tone. We will have to see, as of right now they are just beginning to get things together and as they stated earlier in the year; this album won't be rushed, when it's ready, it's ready!

With seven Grammy Awards and more than 17 million albums and digital singles being sold so far, I'm sure this album will exceed everyone's expectations. While you're waiting on the album though sit back and have yourself a tall glass of Lipton tea!!
