All is well again for Jerry Jones as, according to ESPN, a former stripper's sexual assault lawsuit has been dismissed against the Dallas Cowboys owner.

Former stripper, Jana Wackerly was suing Jones for one million dollars after she said he was groping and kissing her at a Dallas hotel in 2009. Pictures of Jerry Jones and the former stripper, in some risque positions blew up the internet earlier this year. But, Jones said that those photos were a "misrepresentation" of what really happened.

"We are pleased with the court's judgment against Ms. Weckerly," Jones attorney Levi McCathern said. "Ms. Weckerly's allegations were false. This case is over."

Attorneys for Jerry Jones had argued that Wackerly simply waited too long to file the lawsuit. State District Judge Dale Tillery agreed, and threw out the case, saying the claims were barred by Texas law limiting the time in which a case can be filed.

Now Jones can concentrate on more important things, like overpricing tickets to "Jerry's World", aka AT&T Stadium.
