Jamie Lynn Spears Wedding Photo Hits the Web, Britney Spears Calls the Day ‘Magical’

Jamie Lynn Spears is officially hitched! James Watson put a ring on it on Friday (March 14), and a wedding photo posted to social media proves that the young country singer is as happy as could be.

Spears' wedding gown, a Liancarlo V-neck lace dress, was fitted throughout the hips, flaring out in a mermaid-style skirt at the bottom. Her blonde tresses were pulled back into a sleek updo, and a stunning bouquet of pale pink and ivory roses completed her romantic look. Spears' new hubby was dashing in a charcoal suit and pale pink tie.

The singer's superstar sister, Britney, wore a sleek silver gown with an equally plunging V-neck, adorned in sparkly jewels. Their father, Jamie, and mom, Lynn, were in attendance, as were the singer's nephews, Jayden James and Sean Preston, and her own daughter, Maddie.

The nuptials took place at the Audubon Tea Room in New Orleans. Spears walked down the aisle with her father, letting out a few tears during her emotional vows, according to E! News. David Lucado, Britney's boyfriend, also attended the very special day.

According to the elder sister, the day was magical. She tweeted her excitement, obviously relishing in her little sister's joy:

Once the couple said "I do," the beautiful bride let down her locks for the reception and added a cropped fur jacket to her attire. There were about 150 to 200 people present, and at the reception, it got even sweeter as they all enjoyed a five-tiered wedding cake.
