Help Support the Merkel Volunteer Fire Department by Attending the Second Annual ‘Bill’s BBQ Bash’ October, 13th

Here is your chance for some good food, entertainment and even a chance to win some neat prizes; plus help out a great organization. The Merkel volunteer Fire Department benefit 'Bill's BBQ Bash' will be held Saturday, October 13th.

This is the second annual benefit bash and all moneys raised will help fund the Merkel Volunteer Fire Department. Remember these folks 'volunteer' to help keep their communities safe. They work with substandard equipment and gear many times because that is all they have. Raising funds for new and better equipment is a definite must. If you help out with a fun event like this everybody wins! Here are the details of the event.
