It includes recipes for biscuits, hush puppies, macaroni and cheese, salmon croquettes, chitterlings, collard greens/pinto beans with ham hocks and much more. I can just taste those collard greens and ham hocks with a big ole biscuit. My grandma used to make those and I loved them.  My boyfriend made some not long ago, we didn't figure our 13 year old would eat them; we were wrong.  He had to make another batch two days later!
