Country legend George Jones has put his Williamson County, Tenn. estate up for auction, as reported by Music Row. The singer and his wife, Nancy, first attempted to sell the home and surrounding land for $15 million in 2011, but later removed the real estate listing.

The 9,700 square foot home rests on a 78-acre plot of land in rural Tennessee. The auction will be handled by J.P. King Auction Company, which lists two guest residences and a stable among the list of amenities on the spacious property.

News of the auction comes shortly after the 80-year-old was admitted and later released from a Nashville-area for an upper respiratory infection last month. An official statement from Jones’, via his publicist following his release, reads, “I can’t thank my friends and fans enough for all their support. [My wife] Nancy has got me a new team of doctors to help me get through this, and it seems to be working. I look forward to seeing everyone soon.”

The ‘He Stopped Loving Her Today’ singer first checked into the hospital after a bout with the infection in late March. The singer has since canceled his tour dates. According to his official website, Jones will return to the road on July 19 in Trumansburg, N.Y., with dates scheduled through the end of the year.
