The third annual Children's Art & Literacy Festival in downtown Abilene honors author/illustrator William Joyce, whose work will be on display at the National Center for Children's Illustrated Literature. The three-day festival includes dramatic readings, movies at Paramount Theatre, street entertainment, Easter egg hunts, train rides, a magician, balloon sculptor, the Bubbler and more!
