There's been a slight 'Starship Troopers' vibe to a lot of the 'Ender's Game' promotional material, but never has it been more obvious than in this new teaser trailer/promotional video that has Harrison Ford asking if we are going to lead his people to victory.

And with Comic-Con now kicking off, this seems the start of the film's full court press. 'Ender's Game' was directed by Gavin Hood, and stars Ford, Ben Kingsley, Asa Butterfield and Abigail Breslin in this adaptation of the science fiction classic that may have already been dinged a few points due to controversy. With this spot, it looks like 'Ender's' is going to use Comic-Con as a launching point, and seeing Summit's success with 'Twilight,' this could yet be one of the biggest films of the year.

'Ender's Game' opens November 1. Here's the film's synopsis:

In the near future, a hostile alien race (called the Formics) have attacked Earth. If not for the legendary heroics of International Fleet Commander Mazer Rackham (Ben Kingsley), all would have been lost. In preparation for the next attack, the highly esteemed Colonel Hyrum Graff (Harrison Ford) and the International Military are training only the best young children to find the future Mazer. Ender Wiggin (Asa Butterfield), a shy, but strategically brilliant boy is pulled out of his school to join the elite.
