Fan-favorite country band Alabama are getting their very own Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum exhibit, set to open at the end of the summer.

The exhibit, titled Alabama: Song of the South, will open on Aug. 25 and will run through June of 2017. It will trace the musical lives of Jeff Cook, Teddy Gentry and Randy Owen, spanning from their humble beginnings in Fort Payne, Ala., to their 2005 Hall of Fame induction and jaw-dropping success of selling more than 70 million albums worldwide. The band's musical instruments, performance clothing, awards, childhood memories, tour memorabilia, photographs and more will be on display, and fans will get a look at their personal stories and significant events. Additionally, the exhibit will spotlight Alabama’s humanitarian efforts, including their June Jam in Fort Payne and their support of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

To support their exhibit, the band will perform live in the CMA Theater on July 6, for an exclusive, Country Music Hall of Fame members-only show. More information on the exhibit and this concert can be found on the museum's official website.

Other country stars with current Hall of Fame exhibits include Dierks Bentley (Dierks Bentley: Every Mile a Memory), Sam Phillips (Flyin’ Saucers Rock & Roll: The Cosmic Genius of Sam Phillips), Blake Shelton (Blake Shelton: Based on a True Story), which opens Friday (May 27), and Zac Brown Band (Homegrown: Zac Brown Band), which opens on July 22. The museum's official website also contains information about all of these exhibits.

As previously reported, Alabama will be inducted into the Music City Walk of Fame on Thursday (May 26). They're currently on their 2016 Southern Drawl Tour, which will wrap up on Oct. 8 in Fairfax, Va.
