With dozens of awards and accolades under his belt, Brad Paisley was the perfect person to lead the charge in closing out the the pre-taped 'CMA Music Festival' special on Monday. When Paisley took the stage back in June, he started out by singing the first few words of 'This Is Country Music' and playing along with his acoustic guitar -- and then something magical happened.

Paisley switched to an electric axe, but not before handing off his acoustic Epiphone to a lucky fan in the front row.

Always one to engage his audience, Paisley worked hard to make eye contact with the CMA Fest fans singing along to his hit song before he took his electric guitar back in hand and riffed for a few bars. Paisley's rendition of his hit song would have been a great way to close out the three-hour music special, but of course that's not his style.

After the country star's song was over, he welcomed Hank Williams, Jr. onto the stage to close out the night with a rendition of Williams' 'I'm Gonna Get Drunk and Play Hank Williams.'

Is there a better song to listen to at a music festival? We think not. With two country music legends onstage and the sound of steel guitars in the background, the TV version of the CMA Music Festival drew to a spectacular close.
