Chris Young fans are in for quite the treat this year when the singer hits the road for his forthcoming Liquid Neon Tour. The headlining trek is set to kick off in November, and to make the first night extra special, Young has decided to have the opening performance be at Nashville's historic Ryman Auditorium on Nov. 15.

Playing the Ryman is nothing new for Young, who has stepped foot on the famous stage several times while playing the Grand Ole Opry, but the performance will mark his very first headlining show at the Mother Church of country music.

“The first time I set foot on the Ryman stage was an unbelievable experience,” says Young. “I am so grateful for the support of my hometown crowd all of these years. Saying I can’t wait for this show is an obvious understatement.”

Joining Young for the tour kick off, as well as the rest of the Liquid Neon Tour dates, will be two of country music's hottest stars on the rise -- Thomas Rhett and Young's labelmate, Joanna Smith.

Tickets for the Ryman performance are on sale now through the Ryman box office, website and Ticketmaster.
