Week 3 in college football is here and already there are several QB's that are tearing up the gridiron. Even thought it's early in the season, a few front runners are putting up some pretty outstanding numbers, so let's look at college football's top 10 quarterbacks in the nation based on their quarterback rating.

Week Three is in the books, and it was an exciting one featuring a slugfest between two top five teams, the end of the nation’s longest winning streak and a bunch of outstanding individual performances. Here is this week’s wrap-up from the top 25.
#1 Oklahoma 23, #5 Florida State 13
Oklahoma’s defense dominated the game, holding the Seminoles to just 27 yards rushing, forcing three turnovers and getting six sacks. Oklahoma sophomore receiver Kenny Stills had seven catches for 125 yards, including the eventual game-winner, a 37-yard jump ball reception for a touchdown with 7:00 to go in the fourth quarter.

I’ve seen some pretty cool looking new uniforms this year like what Oregon has got going on, but then I’ve seen some pretty jacked up looking uniforms like Maryland’ s. They get the crowd pumped up for their team with their energy filled cheers. They stand behind their team, win or lose. They are a constant beacon of happiness that will put a smile on a face at any given time.
Granted, we’re only in our 2nd week of the college football season, but Abilene Christian University and Hardin-Simmons University both have football teams ranked nationally in the Top 10.
The college football season is underway. Week one was mostly a humdrum affair, with Notre Dame and TCU suffering the biggest upsets among ranked teams. Here’s a complete look at how the top 25 did:
#1 Oklahoma 47, Tulsa 14
Junior walk-on RB Dominique Whaley rushed for 131 yards and four touchdowns in the top-ranked Sooners’ season opener. Any chance Tulsa had in the game vanished earlier in the week
After the worst off-season ever for college football, we’d like to say it feels good to get back to a sense of normalcy with some actual games. Unfortunately, the off-season woes will continue to dominate the headlines in Week 1.
