P90X and programs like it are good all around fitness programs and are fine if you are just looking to get "into shape" so to speak
March 2, 2013 Who says 13 is an unlucky number? The 13th Annual KEAN 105 St. Jude Radiothon, Feb. 28th and March 1st was successful in raising over $35,500 for the kids of St. Jude. For two days and a total of 26 hours Shay in the Midday Hill, Super Dave Wheaton and I put on a radiothon sharing the our stories, and those of the families that have been helped by St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The children that are helped by St. Jude come from all over, but many are from right here in West Texas.

February 28, 2013 A growing number of children are being diagnosed with autism and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The last figure I heard was that 1 out of 110 children is diagnosed with ASD. With more and more children being identified to have this neurological disorder, the need for additional research, education and other resources becomes more and more necessary. There are a lot of ways you can show support for autistic people and their families, including participating in the 2nd annual 'Swing 4 Autism' Golf Outing, coming April 6th at Maxwell Golf Course in Abilene.
