March 20, 2013 I've decided to start taking some weekend road trips to places I can make in a day. My first one was to Underwood's Cafeteria in Brownwood. While we were in Brownwood, we discovered that their Antique Shops were open on Sundays, that is a big "road trip" plus. Then it was off to Underwood's where the big sign boasts "The Best Eatin' in Town Since 1946." Underwood's Cafeteria is still serving up some of the best Bar-B-Q meats in West Texas.
