97 Year Old Grandpa Schools Rudy on How to Change a Tractor Tire

Over the Easter holiday weekend I spent some time with family. In fact, my wife Donna, our little girl Angie and I all went to Donna's grandma and grandpa Allison's house for Easter Sunday dinner. Over the course of the meal grandpa tells me that he has been working on his tractor and asked if I could help him locate a tire for his big Ford tractor. I told him I would take care of it and that he need not mess with it (after all he is 97 years old.) He then tells me "I've almost got it all the way off already."

Rudy Teaches His Daughter the Value of Money Through Aluminum Can Recycling

I have (count them) eight wonderful children, five daughters and three sons. In an effort to try and teach this last child the value of money I decided I would prove to her that there is money in trash. So instead of throwing away our aluminum soda cans, we would save them and turn trash into cash. I went by Harbor Freight and purchased a can crusher for my 10 year old little princess, who began her can crushing journey six months ago. Just last week during Spring Break we took seven large trash bags full of cans to Pine Street Salvage.

Turkey and Dressing isn’t Just for Thanksgiving According to Rudy’s Father

Since mom passed a couple years ago I've been looking after my aging father and it can get pretty interesting at times, especially when you've got a dad like mine (half drill sergeant, half comedian). When mom was alive she told dad what he was hungry for. Now, dad found his hunger independence and he tells me what he's been craving. Last week he says "you know son, turkey and dressing isn't just for Thanksgiving, I'm hungry and I want turkey and dressing. Take me to eat turkey and dressing, right now."
