Carrie Underwood brought her sass and her second-to-none voice to the 2016 CMA Music Fest during her hard-hitting performance of "Church Bells."

The 33-year-old country superstar delivered her performance looking flawless. She demanded the spotlight as she entertained the crowd, from fans in the front row all the way to the nosebleed seats. Underwood owned the stage from corner to corner, truly putting on a show as she sang.

"She could hear those church bells ringing, ringing / Standing there in a black dress singing, singing / Fold your hands and close your eyes / Yeah, it's all gonna be all right / And just listen to the church bells ringing, ringing / Yeah, they're ringing," she echoed throughout the stadium during the tune's chorus.

The "Church Bells" performance took place during the CMA Music Fest earlier in the summer, and aired during Wednesday night's (Aug. 3) broadcast of Country's Night to Rock on ABC.

Following her Storyteller Tour, which concluded in May, Underwood has slowed down to enjoy the rest of her summer. She has documented time spent with her adorable son, as well as given us all a glimpse into her marriage with hockey player Mike Fisher.

Her schedule is on the verge of getting a bit busier, though. Once again, Underwood will host the 2016 CMA Music Awards alongside longtime co-host Brad Paisley in the beginning of November. The Oklahoma native also has plans to head Down Under later this year with Keith Urban, when he takes his Ripcord World Tour to Australia and New Zealand.
