This teenage girl in Germany had asked her parents for a horse but they said "no" so she decided she would just train the family cow.  The cow jumps hurdles just like a horse, only not as high.  Have you ever been around cows? They have a mind of their own!  She taught this one to be ridden an jump.

Amazing as this sounds apparently it has been done before; in 1963 in Yorkshire, England Colin Newlove taught his bull to jump through a burning hoop.
