Blue Angels Practice Captured in Rare First-Person Video Shows Just How Close the Jets Get to Each Other
No airshow is complete until you get to see one of the most famous aerobatic flight demonstrations of them all - the U.S. Navy's Blue Angels. But, being on the ground watching is not near as cool as seeing a first-person view from the cockpit of one of these planes. Check out this rare video of the Blue Angels practicing. It will blow your mind on how close these daredevils get to each other.
The video, which was taken by a Blue Angels pilot's helmet cam, was uploaded by YouTube user Elias Ghosn, who got a hold of the video courtesy of D. Hartney, a Blue Angels Maintenance Officer.
Sure makes you appreciate some of the finer things in life - like being on the ground.
