Big Country Kids Slay Varmints

The annual Young Sportsman's Foundation youth varmint hunt was a huge success. The weekend hunt brought out a record number of kids and their hunting enthusiast guardians. Killing everything from skunks to feral hogs.

These are the winners of the Weekend YSF youth hunt. The kids ages ranged from 5 years to the oldest being 17. All of which reported having a great time. The organizers said that all was well until a couple of the young hunters insisted on killing a couple of skunks. Steve Freeman YSF hunt organizer said the kids that killed the skunks had to stay about a hundred yards away and were asked to hold up their stinky kill while he took a picture of the two with their skunks. for verification while all the other hunters posed for photos with their kill. Fun was had by all.
