We've had 100 plus degree heat for way to long now and summer just officially began Tuesday. What are some ways to keep cool this summer? Well I just happen to have some suggestions!!
Dirk Nowitzki had been a one-man wrecking machine throughout most of the 2011 NBA playoffs.
But on the night his Dallas Mavericks clinched their first-ever NBA championship by defeating the Miami Heat 105-95, he had a lot of help from his teammates.
The CMT Music Awards were handed out Wednesday night in Nashville. Taylor Swift continued her dominant run at awards shows by claiming the night's biggest prize when her clip for 'Mine' took home Video of the Year.
Swift accepted the award via a live feed from Milwaukee during the latest stop on her current tour. She was her usual gracious self by saying, "I wish I could be there but I am hanging out with 15,000 of my closet friends in Milwaukee."
The legendary country duo that was Brooks & Dunn "retired" back in 2009, but the famed band's ex-members Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn are still keeping busy.
Brooks is working on a new album and filming a western called 'To Kill a Memory' with "Boots On" singer Randy Houser. Dunn has a new album out and a hit single with 'Bleed Red,' and he'll be touring the nation solo for the next few months. You can sign up on our Facebook page for your chance to win two tickets and backstage passes to Dunn's July 21st show in Yakima, WA.
We got a little nostalgic thinking about all that history, though, so we surfed the tubes and collected what we think are the five best classic Brooks & Dunn music videos. Check 'em out, and let us know if we missed any (or if we're just flat wrong).
Dr. Jack Kevorkian, the controversial supporter of assisted suicide, died this morning at a hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He was 83.
Here's your chance to meet country superstar Ronnie Dunn! All this month, we're giving the one lucky winner - and a friend - the opportunity to fly to sunny Yakima, Washington to see Dunn play at the Yakima Valley SunDome
The 'Hangover' boys were back for another booze-filled adventure this weekend, and as box office estimates showed, audiences were more than willing to go along for the ride.
The sequel to the 2009 smash comedy took in a whopping $105.8 million over four days, helping to make this weekend the biggest Memorial Day weekend ever at the box office.
Even better for 'Part II,' its $86.0 intake between Friday and Sunday was the highest ever for a comedy, and the second-highest for an R-rated movie, behind only 'The Matrix Reloaded.'
On Memorial Day, we commemorate all the U.S. soldiers who've died while serving our country. With so many of our servicemen and women currently on dangerous overseas assignments, it's also a time to think about their sacrifice, and the sacrifice of their families back home.
In these videos, families of soldiers get the surprise and relief of a lifetime when their loved ones return home from duty unannounced. You'll really want to grab a box of tissues before watching.
While summer doesn't officially start until June 21, Memorial Day marks the unofficial beginning to the hottest season at the movies.
Summer loses some of its meaning when you're an adult, since it no longer comes with a moths-long break from the grind.
Nevertheless, we can all still enjoy a good movie about summer vacations. After the jump, check out eight of our favorites.
Hours after he was named the winner of 'American Idol' season 10, Scotty McCreery's debut single, 'I Love You This Big,' made its way onto the Internet.
The inspirational song is a perfect fit for the 17-year-old country crooner, and should play well on country stations across the U.S.

Brad Paisley's sold more than 10 million records, and he's had 17 number one hits on the country charts. With that kind of popularity, it's natural his fanbase falls all across the spectrum.
For a cross-section of the most dedicated of his sprawling fanbase - plus some real unvarnished talent - check out our list of amateur Paisley covers. We take you from one side of the spectrum to the other - from an adorable father-daughter take on "Whiskey Lullaby," featuring a guest turn by one of the starkest mullets on YouTube, to a kid cowboy's version of "Mud on the Tires." And don't forget to register for a chance to see and meet Brad Paisley in West Palm Beach, Fla. on Sept. 10.
Memorial Day marks the unofficial start of barbecue season and will find many Americans firing up the grill this holiday weekend.

We've compiled a list of recipes and tips that can help you become a master of the open flame.
