Universal has announced they're making a sequel to 'Snow White and the Huntsman,' which means that either the first film was a sneaky success, or that studios are desperate for sequels. Regardless, the 2012 fantasy film's sequel is officially on the way, with plans to release it in 2015.
Although 'Monsters University' reunites much of the original cast of 'Monsters, Inc.,' plenty of new voices have been added to the mix, making this one of the most star-studded Pixar movie to date. Heck, it's DreamWorks-esque how many big names are associated with this movie. The voice actors involved have been slowly revealed over the past few months, but a few more were announced today, including John Krasinski and Nathan Fillion.

Well, it looks like we have an answer to the question of whether or not audiences are interested in a historical, racially charged baseball movie. Brian Helgeland's '42' opened at the top of the box office this weekend, instantly breaking the record for biggest opening for a baseball movie. Sure, it's a minor record to break, but a record is a record.
Although last night's episode of SNL was filled with hit-and-miss sketches, one of the best moments was easily the strangest thing in the entire episode. The sketch imagines the Weather Channel creating its own soap opera and the results are about as strange (and often, as funny) as you'd imagine.
Last night's SNL saw saw Vince Vaughn hosting for the second time...although it's been fifteen years since he last graced this particular state. For his opening monologue, the 'Swingers' and 'Wedding Crashers' star didn't do anything traditional, opting to do what he does best: riff. And with no Owen Wilson around, Vaughn turned to the audience to be his comedic sparring partner.
