Some weeks ago we learned that 'Anger Management' star Selma Blair was due to exit the series, having disputed with Charlie Sheen for too long, though it remained uncertain when changes would take effect. Now, Broadway 'Legally Blonde' star Laura Bell Bundy has finally been announce to succeed Selma Blair in the female role opposite Sheen, but when will the character first appear?

Via The Hollywood Reporter, Bundy begins shooting this week as a series regular, though her character had initially been developed as a recurring role with a series regular option. Bundy will take the role of Charlie's new sex-study research partner Dr. Jordan Denby, described as a brilliant psychologist whose recent divorce, penchant for alcohol and mood swings turn Charlie's life upside down on an emotional roller-coaster.

In addition to Blair's departure, former ‘90210‘ star Green will go from recurring to regular in his role as Sean, now ex-boyfriend to Charlie’s ex-wife Jen (Shawnee Smith) and occasional nemesis to Charlie himself. The series remains some 40 episodes into its projected 100-episode run, though it remains to be seen if 'Anger Managment' will endure any more major shakeups on the road to syndication.

Well, what say you? Are you disappointed to see Selma Blair exit 'Anger Management,' or will Laura Bell Bundy provide a fitting replacement?
