90's country duo BlackHawk returns to country music after a 12 year hiatus. Henry Paul and Dave Robbins are releasing the "Brothers of the Southland" tribute album in June. The first song pays tribute to Ronnie Van Zant and other members of Lynyrd Skynyrd who died in '77, the Marshall Tucker Band's Tommy and Toy Caldwell, Duane Allman and the Outlaws' Hughie Thomasson, Frank O'Keefe and Billy Jones. I think the title cut is very reminiscent of those it's honoring, check it out.
