Thompson Square ‘Glass’ at #2 on the Top 10 of 2012 [VIDEO]

As the year comes to a close, I always like to reflect on the year in music. This is a best of the best list, this is the 'cream that rose to the top'. Will names like Strait or Chesney make it on this list? I'm not wasting anymore time, let's count down the top 10 songs of 2012. Taking the second highest spot on this years countdown is the duo that was waiting tables during a Country Music Association Awards dinner several years ago. After they had worked so hard that night, Thompson Square promised each other, they'd be eating dinner the next year and not serving it. What a difference a year made because Thompson Square has won several awards since that table serving day and they deserve to be in the 'Best of the Best.' Thompson Square is at #2 in our Top 10 of 2012.

'Glass' the single, was released in January of 2012 as the fourth song from their album titled 'Thompson Square Glass.' The funny thing about this song is that two music videos were produced for the same song. The first video was directed by Roman White and it premiered on CMT in February 2012. The second music video was directed by Wes Edwards and it premiered in April 2012. No official word for the two different videos, however both continue to receive airplay. The video below is the second of the two.
